The Bobblet stitch creates cute little bobbles on one side to give a lovely texture, perfect for cushions, blankets and detail on clothing.

This pattern is written in US terms, but the UK translation is below.
Single crochet (sc) = Double crochet
For this stitch you should start with a foundation chain in multiples of 2 (plus 2 for your turning chain)
Row 1. In the 3rd chain from your hook make a sc (the turning chain counts as a stitch). Sc in each stitch across

Row 2. Chain 1. Sc in 1st stitch, in the next stitch make an extra extended single crochet (eesc) (insert hook and pull up a loop. Chain 3 with the first loop on your hook only. Yarn over and pull through the last 2 loops)
*sc in the next stitch, eesc in the next stitch*
Repeat between *and* sc in the last stitch.
Row 3. Chain 1 and sc in the first stitch. Sc in every stitch across – 30 stitches.
Row 4. In this row we want to offset your bobblets. Chain 1. Sc in 1st stitch and the next stitch. In the next stitch make an eesc. *sc in the next stitch, eesc in the next stitch*
Repeat between *and* sc in the last 2 stitches.
Row 5. Chain 1 and sc in the first stitch. Sc in every stitch across
Repeat rows 2 to 5 ending in a repeat of row 3 until you have the number of rows you need
