The Amostra stitch is a beautiful lattice lace pattern, perfect for a light and breezy spring wrap. It is an easy stitch to make, and it repeats over just 2 rows.

This pattern is written in US terms, but the UK translation is below.
Single crochet (sc) = Double crochet
Double crochet (dc) = Treble crochet
For this stitch you need to start with a foundation chain in multiples of 4 plus 2 (plus 2 for your turning chain). So if I wanted my finished piece to be 30 stitches wide, I would make a foundation chain of 32
Row 1. In the 3rd chain from your hook make a sc (the turning chain counts as your first stitch).* chain 2, skip 2 stitches and make a sc in the next 2 stitches* repeat between *and* ending on a set of 2 sc.

Row 2. Chain 1 and make the alternate turning chain in the first stitch. Dc in the next stitch *chain 2, skip the chain 2 in the row below, and make a dc in the next 2 stitches* repeat between *and*
Row 3. Chain 1 and sc in the first 2 stitches *chain 2, skip the chain 2 in the row below and make a sc in the next 2 stitches* repeat between *and*
Repeat rows 2 and 3 until you reach the desired length
